  • Are CFX drivers HIPPA trained and certified?

    We provide HIPAA training and certification for our drivers delivering for our pharmacy and medical customers.

  • What type of pharmacy Proof of Delivery system does CFX use?

    We use 2 different pharmacy specific delivery systems that tie into the pharmacy software and database systems. The packages we use utilize bar code and signature capture for proof of delivery. Through these packages we can provide detailed reporting regarding specific deliveries.

  • Can CFX provide STAT (On-demand) delivery service as well as Scheduled Route Services?

    Yes CFX also provides STAT services for all of our Scheduled Route customers. All of our STAT deliveries are considered Direct meaning we will pick the packages up and deliver directly to the delivery destination.

  • Are CFX drivers aware of the importanace of Chain of Custody?

    Yes all of our drivers are trained on the vital importance of the handling of the products they are delivering. The packages will never be handed off or delivered to anyone other than the designated recipient.

  • Do CFX drivers wear any type of uniform?

    Yes we provide apparel for all of our drivers with our CFX logo so they can be easily identified by our customers and the delivery recipient.

  • Are CFX services limited to just the Midwest reagion?

    CFX has the ability to provide services in multiple regions which are not limited to just the Midwest. Our promise to our customers is that we will not commit to services that we are not 100% certain we can exceed customer expectations.

  • Are CFX drivers bonded and insured?

    Yes CFX has an umbrella policy which includes bonding with minimums that exceed the industry standard.
